LIVE TO EVENT is based at HAWTHORN EQUESTRIAN CENTRE and follows my highs and lows as a determined grassroots event rider. This year I am trying to secure sponsorship  from companies who's products I trust and believe in and that you see me use on a regular basis.

HAWTHORN EQUESTRIAN CENTRE  was established in 2005 by myself, Jeni Ball.  H.E.C. has a range of top class facilities and is set in over a 100 acres of farm land.  HEC has both Indoor and Outdoor facilities.

I hold my BHSAI Int SM qualification, Level Three NVQ Assessor Status, Equine Specific First Aid, Certificate in Education and Equine Body Workers certificate. 

From March to October I compete in British Eventing  and I try to continue competing through the winter months at British Dressage and BSJA competitions.  See the Events Calendar for further information.


This website features my blog which is a day to day run down of activities on the yard and concentrates on Eventing along with the training and progress of all my horses.
